  • All rooms are non smoking- thus the need for a credit card. You can pay in cash, but if you smoke in the room and leave, rest assured your card will be billed $100 for cleaning.
  • Pet's? Awesome. We allow dogs only and we expect you to clean up after him or her- if not, you really will be asked to leave.
  • Brought your dog and want to go to dinner after checking in? Don't even think about leaving him or her in the room alone...yes, even your precious little muffin hates it and all too often barks or chews out of anxiety--
  • WE really are the funnest, freindliest and most sympathetic staff in town. However we do use a few of these rules for your sake. You WILL have a clean, cozy, quiet room...or the source of the disturbance will be removed.
